RSS Feed (xml)It will be our 6th Wedding Anniversary on the 28th and we have planned to go away somewhere to celebrate. We thought of going to Hobart in Tasmania, since we haven't been there. But it looks like it's far from happening because of the A/H1N1 outbreak. There have been more than 1,300 confirmed cases here in Australia, a great number of it is from the State of Victoria.
The Husband don't want to take a chance of getting on a plane and be afflicted by the flu. Even if we are state-bound, some parts of Queensland have reported cases of the said pandemic.
Sad. I have been looking forward to going somewhere because we were apart last year. But it is better to be safe now than be sorry and sick later on. What's important is we are together and we can just do the trip some other time.

i agree to these ladies. the number of swine flu patients is soaring each day so we never know.

it's true sheng. we have travel plans too. i thought of not pursuing it because of the A/H1N1 but we have to take the risk since hubby will be away after the trip. we are just praying we will be spared.

The swine flu has really been passing on a global scare. Our Little Girl is also supposed to be baptized in the province where most of our friends and family reside, but my Wife and I have to move our plans to a later date, hoping that the AH1N1 virus will eventually subside.
right decision Sheng. Stay back and just pursue your plan after the swine flu issue subside

Oo nga naman, you can still go to Tasmania when the swine flu outbreak is totally gone. Sa ngaun, it's better to be cautious and be safe.
