1 Week And 3 Days

That's how long Hubby has been away; and I'm missing him so bad! From March 21 up to this very day, we've only been together for 6 days! So it's like 6 days in the span of almost 2 months! He's been doing a lot of travelling since late last year and already had 8 business trips just in the 1st quarter of this year alone! Yes, we talk and send SMS all the time, but still, being together is far different from that.

He's in Boracay right now, a side trip from Vietnam. Hubby's Boss bought a resort there and just wanted to inspect the progress of the construction. They are having problems because the site's Project Manager seems to be corrupt. Well, that's the Philippines for you! They arrived there yesterday and will be leaving tomorrow, to go back to Ho Chi Minh, to resume their business dealings in Vietnam.

Hubby said he told his Boss that this trip will be his last one as of now. He don't want to travel for at least months. He told him that he'll just resign if he'll be ordered another business trip. - 'Good on you, Hon!'

Kaiden has been missing him terribly as well! He always ask if his Dada is back. Always saying that he feels sad because he misses his Dad! Whenever Hubby is on the phone, Kaiden never fail to say "I love you, Dada! I miss you!". Although next to that is: "Have you got a gift for me?", lol!!!

Sadly, Hubby won't be here on Sunday for Mother's Day. Oh well, that's life. We'll probably just have a nice lunch somewhere in the Old Town to celebrate my motherhood, sans my loving husband! So he better have a lovely Mother's Day present when he gets back! Hahaha! Just kidding!
