Kaiden's Family Fun Day

It was ISR's Family Fun Day yesterday. Hubby was supposed to come with us, but he still got body pains so we just let him rest.

It's kinda funny how Kaiden and Clara have this thing now of just shouting at the backyard if and when they want to talk to one another. Just like yesterday morning. We were getting ready to go to school when we heard Clara calling out for Kaiden. I let Kaiden go out of the veranda in the Master's Bedroom. Sure enough, Clara was at their back porch. It's cute how they asked each other if they will be attending the day's event.

There was also a time this week when the two of them were talking with the fence dividing them. It was their sleeping time and they are just saying their good nights and some kiddie stuff. I should have captured that moment! They look sooo cute! A bit like Romeo and Juliet in the making!

Back to yesterday's event. It was arranged by the PTO. There were face painting, bouncy castle, pony rides, fishing, relay games, scavenger hunt, BBQ with wine and beer, plus fun dancing by the kids.










Kaiden lined up for the face painting together with his classmates. The mothers were laughing how big Kaiden's influence was with his classmates, because all of them wanted to have Spiderman painted on their faces; even the girls! It was funny looking at them! The lady doing it can't help but laugh as the girls insist on having Spiderman!




We didn't finish the event because it got quite boring. We head home and went out with Hubby. Drove to Alfa and walked around with shopping on the side. There were lots of attractive summer collection; that I just couldn't resist buying! Had dinner at an Indian resto named Thali; and had these:





After dinner, we went grocery shopping then home.
